Terms of use
These terms govern this website. A signed agreement governs an engagement, and prevails over anything here.
Who these terms are between
Regtify operates through two companies: REGTIFY (UK) LIMITED (company number 12326692) for the United Kingdom, and REGTIFY LIMITED (registration number HE355806) for the European Union and the rest of the world. The legal notice gives the registered address of each.
In these terms, “we” and “us” mean whichever of those companies applies to you, and “you” means the person using the site.
What these terms cover
They govern your use of regtify.com. They do not govern use of the Regtify platform or any engagement with us, both of which are covered by a separate written agreement. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
The information on this site
These pages describe our products and capabilities. They are general information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a contract.
Nothing on this site is regulatory, legal, tax or accounting advice. Regulated firms remain responsible for their own reporting obligations. Descriptions of regulatory frameworks are summaries, may not reflect the current state of the rules, and the official sources govern. We do not warrant that the information here is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.
Intellectual property
The Regtify platform, the reporting systems we develop and all their components — including software, source and object code, interfaces, documentation, databases, designs and the images on this site — are our property or that of our licensors. The names Regtify, REGREP, DART and APEX, and our logos, are ours.
You may read this site and print or store pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from it, remove any copyright or trade mark notice, or use our images or marks without our written consent.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, the platform, or any system or network connected to them;
- do anything that damages, disables or overburdens the site, or interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
- intercept, monitor or modify communications not intended for you;
- submit automated or bulk enquiries, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the site or the platform, except to the extent the law says you may.
If you think you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us rather than exploit it — see the responsible disclosure section on the trust and security page. We acknowledge reports and keep you informed of the outcome.
Availability
We try to keep this site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, and we are not liable if it is unavailable for any period.
Links to other sites
This site links to regrep.eu, regnaut.eu and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement.
Liability
In the absence of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part, we are not liable for any loss, claim, liability, expense or damage arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here.
We are in no circumstances liable for consequential, special, incidental or indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business or loss of data, whether or not we were told such loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice and the cookie notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, so please check it when you return.
Governing law and jurisdiction
